[Kenpachi's adapting, it's what he does. He's got a plate and he's standing outside, having dodged the bubbly rain. He manages to catch a slice of ham with something almost resembling skill, and then dodges a few that are trying to land on his head.

As the rain switches to green beans Kenpachi's ducking back under the eaves of the house, watching. The green beans stop falling, and Kenpachi shrugs, ready to head back inside, walking out into the open.

This is when the lumpy potatoes fall, with several lumps winding up skewered on his spikes. He tilts his head back to try to see them, feeling the weight but unable to see what's on his head.]

...Great.

Huh. So when ya don't really know how old ya 're, does a birthday really matter? Least I still got Puddin'head. Kinda glad he don't tend ta eat. Unless someone's feedin' him an' I ain't noticed. Think tha'd require a mouth too. Ain't sure he has one. 'r a gender. Heh.

Uh, yeah. Fer those tha' 're cold, ya find somethin' tha' has a pelt on it, I can kill it. Then ya got tha'. Make sure it's some sort o' fun ta it a' least, though.

[Kenpachi is standing in the ruins of a messed-up building.]

Huh. Thought tha' was Nnoitra. Wasn't. Guess tha'd explain why I ain't injured. Anyone seen an Espada wi' wha' looks like a spoon behind his head runnin' 'round? He's mine if he's really here.

[He shrugs, grins, puts his blade back on his shoulder, and scoops up the PCD before wandering off.]

She ain't here. I've been lookin' everywhere in case she got lost. But she ain't here. An' she'd speak up. There's candy here. More candy than there's ever been. Maybe they're mockin' tha fact tha' she ain't here no more. I'd challenge em if I thought there was anythin' ta it. But there's no point. Ain't a point a' all.

Got a lot o' candy. Was hopin'... don't matter. Anyone want it? Leavin' it on tha table a' home.

...Huh. A' least I ain't gonna be gettin' lost this week. Small thing. Dunno why I got stuck wi' a kid tha' seems scared an' a guy tha' ain't much better. [Kenpachi's polishing his zanpakutou before looking at the screen, a very serious expression on his face.]

Ain't gonna tell ya ta pick on someone yer own size, 'cause I'm likely tha biggest in tha city. Gonna challenge ya ta take on someone who could fight back. Though it don't seem like ya got tha balls fer it.

[Seemingly satisfied with his work, he puts the cloth down and rests the blade on his shoulder, sharpened-edge facing upwards.]

Goin' huntin'. Hope yer worth it. Wanna have some fun, not run inta a coward tha' don't know how ta fight.

[Kenpachi is snickering as Hitsugaya and Sasuke try to lift Matsumoto.]

Yer too short. Both o' ya. Maybe tha's why ya got put tagether, heh. Here, lemme.

[He bends over, using the shoulder Yachiru's not on to support Matsumoto.]

Need someone bigger fer things like this. Heh. Fer most things. Now. Uh. Which way's tha clinic? 'Chiru, ya know?

[Kenpachi is sitting in front of a mirror, trying fruitlessly to get his spikes to stand up. Each time it looks like one is set, the another falls down. For a moment he simply stares at the mirror before shaking his head.]

Better be an event, all I'm sayin'. Ain't goin' back ta this on a normal basis.

[He topples the remaining hair spike, attaching bells to the ends of the groups of hair anyway, before he leaves his hair down.]

Maybe some sort o' wire'd fix it.

[Standing up, Kenpachi grabs the zanpakutou that had been leaning against the wall and his PCD. He pushes a button, making the PCD squeak in protest, before blinking.]

Already on. Huh. 'kay. Neji, we got room fer more water? I'll look while I'm out if we do, see wha' I can bring back.

Anyone else need anythin'? Might as well try a' stuff while I'm out. No tellin' wha' I'll run inta. Goes fer ya too, Mustang. Whoever.

Ya know, tha' wasn't all tha' bad. Strange, some o' it. Made it hard ta get home, though. Didn't like tha'.

Anyone left dehydrated 'r anythin' fer bein' stuck too long? Got water. Figure there's gotta be some.

'Chiru, wha' 're ya up ta? A good fight might be fun.

[Kenpachi is staring at a mirror, topless, straightening his swim trunks. They're yellow, and have a white stripe down each side. He shakes his head at the image before scooping up a small pile of much-smaller swimsuits.]

'Chiru? Ya 'round? Wanna go have some fun? Heard there're more squids swimmin' 'round. Maybe this time we can find one!

[He straightens his own again, moving it a little lower.]

It'll do.

[Kenpachi walks out of the shot, and the PCD times out a few moments later.]

Huh. Am I tha only one noticin' tha' nothin' happened today? Some change in tha pattern? 'r is it another change tha' those affected ain't gonna notice? Anyone seen anythin'?

Neji, another guy from my world wandered in. Was wonderin' if there was room fer him? Ukitake's tha quiet type, ain't gonna be a problem 'r anythin'.

I need ta pick a name fer my gift from Itachi. Maybe tha'll make sure 'Chiru don't wanna eat it. But wha' do ya name a puddin' tha' tries ta eat yer ankles on a regular basis?

An' tha trainin' center's comin' along wi' Zelos' help. If anyone wants ta train, tha Warehouse is open a' [x,y]. Still workin' on tha magic-trainin' area, but it's startin'.

[Kenpachi grins into the PCD, very close to the camera. The effect is a little creepy.]

Figured I'd celebrate gettin' my body back. So I'm out here.

[The PCD is moved to get a good view of the Waste, coming to focus on a Large grey lizard-like creature with spiky limbs and a long, flexible tail.]

Think I just found tha best way ta do it, too. It shields, heh. It knows where attacks 're comin' from an' defends itself. Gonna be a good amount o' fun.

[He draws his zanpakutou and switches off the PCD.]

Uh.

This... ain't right. Dunno where ta start on how not right it is. I... I ain't even got my zanpakutou. I want my... everythin'... back.

Don't think I could even fight a bunny.

[Kenpachi is sitting on a rooftop, staring at the blade resting in his lap. He keeps staring. With a sigh he flips it over and stares more.]

Dunno wha' ya want 'r wha' yer waitin' fer.

[He picks it up and stands it up, stabbing it slightly into the roof.]

Tha' better?

[There's a long pause. Nothing happens. With a sound of annoyance Kenpachi yanks the blade out and rests it on his shoulder, standing up.]

Found somewhere quiet fer nothin'. An' now I'm bored.

[He looks around.]

An' lost. Huh. Maybe I'll run inta somethin' fun on tha way back.
